He was predeceased by: his mothers, Ethel Josephine Haner Kemper, Sr. and Betty Chandler Kemper; and his brothers, Raymond Kemper, Charles Mills Kemper, Thomas Kemper, Cal Roan Kemper, John Kemper, George Kemper and Herb Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Kemper of Middleport; his daughter Kolleta Fridley (Rich) of Middleport; his granddaughters, Megan Ihle (Aaron) of Rutland and Courtney Morehead (Phillip) of Westerville, Ohio; his great grandchild Creek Ihle; and his sister Mary Jo Chandler of Gallipolis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and great nephews.
