He is survived by: his wife Pauline Hoffman; his children, Mike Hoffman, Tami Buck (Jon), Beverly Rothgeb (Todd) and David Hoffman (Kathie); his grandchildren, Trevor Buck (Rachael), Jordan Buck (Alex), Lian Hart (Zac), Marlee Cook (Trenton), Gracie Hoffman, Cole Hoffman and Nathan Rothgeb (Morgan); and his great grandchildren, Garrett, Sydney Buck, Declan Buck, Adrienne Rothgeb and Charlotte Cook. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and sisters-in-law.
