Kitchen, Jr. (Toni); his stepdaughters, Cathy Tiibbetts (Morris) and Tara Priddy (Morris); and his grandchildren, Carlie Murray (Colin), Gabe Kitchen, Abby Kitchen, Asia Michael, Ryland Michael and Courtney Tibbetts.
