She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Albert Marshall Milhoan and Bertha Mae Sovel; her husband Bill; her children, Rodney and Rita Ball (Larry) of Middleport; her grandchildren, Renee Buckley (Brent) of Pomeroy, Shellie Bailey of Rutland and Wyatt Ball (Annisha) of Middleport; her great grandchildren, Hunter and Grace Buckley; her sisters, Naomi, Farie Cole and Eloise Pickett; and her half-brother Clarmont Buchanan. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews; and lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Meigs County Senior Center, Meals on Wheels Program at 112 East Memorial Drive, Pomeroy, OH 45769.
