It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dewayne Richard Fisher of Middleport, Ohio, born in Marion, Ohio, who passed away on August 18, 2023, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bessie Fisher Lainer and Roy Dowell; and his siblings, Angie Kerr and Lenny Dowell. He is survived by: his children, Damon Fisher (Tessa) of Stanford and Andrea Rife (Tyler) of Washington Courthouse; his grandchildren, Aaliyah, Halie, Madi, Kaiden, Zoie, Aiden and Zane; his brothers, David Fisher (Cheryl) of Rutland, Jay Fisher (Christy) of Middleport and Josh Dowell of Washington Courthouse; and his stepfather James Lanier of Southside. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
