He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bumgardner and Lillian Bumgardner (McNickle); and his siblings, Donald, Jackie, Larry, George Dean Bumgardner and Linda Morris.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Bumgardner; and his children, Terri Haynes and Bruce Bumgardner (Patty). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
