She was predeceased by: her father Virgil Ray Lee; her brother Jimmy Lee Sr.; and her husbands, Larry Maurer, Don Guthrie and Walt Haggy.
She is survived by: her mother Maxine Lee Stapleton; her daughters, Shellie Maurer (Adam Tillis) and Kellie Helton (Tim); her grandchildren, Bradley Helton, Zachary Helton, Aleigha Tillis and Tyler Tillis; and her siblings, Greg Lee (Shelia) and Diana Bumgardner (Terry). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
