It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bonnie Irene Smith of Middleport, Ohio, who passed away on July 21, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Minnie Forth (Jackson) and James Campbell Forth; her siblings, Burdell Forth, Dorothy Baker, Elsie King, Delcie Forth and Emma Forth; and her son Dale Smith.
She is survived by: her spouse Jonnie Odell Smith; her daughter Carol Mahr (Ryan); her daughter-in-law Carol Marie Smith; her cousin Ruby Cremeens; her nieces, Kathy Baker, Angelia Gilkey (Mark) and Sheila Slone (Ray); her nephew Jim Forth; her grandchildren, Joyce McDaniel (Jonathon), Melissa Hall (Aaron), David Smith (Nancy), Steven Mahr (Emma), Brandon Mahr (Haley), Dillon Mahr (Quinn), Austin Mahr (Josie) and Andrea Mahr (Ethan); and her great grandchildren, Kelsey, Ricky, Tanner, Raylee, Eve and Eli. She is also survived by numerous brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
