It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty L. Kemper of Middleport, Ohio, born in Gallipolis, Ohio, who passed away on January 2, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Chandler and Florence Collins Chandler; her husband Gordon W. Kemper; and her siblings, James F. "Sonny" Chandler, Elizabeth Underwood and Vivienne Trowbridge.
She is survived by: her daughter Kolleta Fridley (Rich) of Middleport; her granddaughters, Megan Ihle (James) of Canal Winchester and Courtney Morehead (Phillip) of Westerville, Ohio; and her great grandchildren, Creek Ihle and Corinna Morehead. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Meigs County Council on Aging Meals on Wheels, 100 Blakeslee Drive, Middleport, Ohio 45760.
