It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty L. Dunkle of Middleport, Ohio, born in Clay, Kentucky, who passed away on November 16, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anderson Gilbert and Thelma Nolan Gilbert; her husband David E. Dunkle, Sr.; and her siblings, Martha Gilbert, Wilma Howard, George David and Troy Gilbert.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer G. Richards (Dee Jay), David E. Jr. Dunkle (Penny) and Josh Dunkle; her grandchildren, Matthew (Krar), Kenda, Issac Dunkle, Marcus and Cadence Richards; her great grandchildren, Adalynn and Wyatt Dunkle; her siblings, Linda Johnson (Willie) of Attro, KY, Edith Johnson (Johnny) of Attro, KY, Bonnie Gilbert of Attro, KY, Donald Gilbert (Pat) of Newport, KY, Geraldine Johnson of Covington, KY, Denver Gilbert of Canoe, KY and Mary Caudill (Bill) of Dayton, OH; and her sisters-in-law, Lucinda Runyon, Sharon Tucker, Bobbie May and Betty Johnson.
