She is survived by: her husband David Dowler of Middleport Ohio; and her siblings, Larry Blankenship (Lois) of Montgomery, WV, James Blankenship (Barbara) of St, Kathy Lemley of Middleport Ohio and Nancy Holbert (Scott) of Cape Canveral, FL.. She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren. 6 Nephew's, 3 niece's and great Nieces.
