He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald J. Stehlik and Beverly Stehlik (Tiffany); his brother Donald Stehlik Jr.; and his nephew Daniel Koscelnik. He is survived by: his wife Christa Stehlik (Hatzel); his children, William Hatzel (Carmen) and Tiffany Stehlik (Ben S.); his grandchildren, Adrian, Max, Alexia, Arielle and Ava; his siblings, Richard Stehlik, Jim Stehlik (Tracy), Joe Stehlik (Lisa), Penny Foley (Gary), Sandra Koscelnik (Donald) and Bonnie Conley (Dave); and his sister-in-law Mary Stehlik. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Sly Family Funeral Home (15670 W High St, Middlefield, OH 44062). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations can be given in Tom's name to the Middlefield VFW.
