He was predeceased by: his son Donnie Miller. He is survived by: his parents, Melvin M. Miller and Linda Sue Miller (Burkholder); his wife Laurie Hostetler; his children, Betty Anne Miller, Phillip Miller, Sammy Miller and Amy Miller; his siblings-in-law, Dan A. and Betty Hostetler (Miller); and his siblings, Marty Miller (Lydia), Regina Bender (Ken) and Lovina Miller (Robby). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
