He was predeceased by: his parents, Eli G. Miller and Lydia N. Miller (Miller). He is survived by: his sons, Raymond and Daniel Gingerich; and his siblings, John Miller, Barbara Detweiler (Ken), Marie Whelchel (Bob), Sue Miller and Eli Miller Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
