He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Minick and Muriel Minick (Morton); and his brother Edward (Mildred). He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Leeah Fisher, Halee VanderMaas (Dylan), Kylee Minick, Landon Fisher, Gage Fisher, Holden Fisher, Reicher VanderMaas, Weston VanderMaas and Eva VanderMaas; his friend John Fisher (Donna Anzalone); and his caregiver Cindy Cichon.
