She is survived by: her children, Leola Mizenko (Mike), Mary Nelson (Justin) and Howard Moore III (Shelly); her grandchildren, Kristina Hall (Mark), Audrey Summerlin, Chelsi Phelps (Josh), Samuel Nelson, David Summerlin (Amber), Howard A "Taz" Moore IV, Joshua Nelson (Ashley), Steven Nelson, Darrell Summerlin, Michael Mizenko Jr. (Cynthia) and Carrie Mizenko; her great grandchildren, Michael, Kay-Lee, Everlee, Eli, Aaron, Nathaniel, Hunter, Nevaeh, Lexus, Kayleigh, Jackson and Adam; her siblings, Michelle Schell, Colleen Bartlam (Paul), Michael O'Connor (Peggy), Timothy O'Connor (Susie), Kevin O'Connor, Maureen Brawn (Daniel) and Noreen Siegner (Bill); her husband Micky; and also Amish. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews.
