He is survived by: his children, John "Jack" Luckay Jr. and Becky Finnick (Doug); his grandchildren, Alex Luckay, Anna Luckay (Adam), Allison Powers (Kevin), Victoria Finnick and Katherine Finnick; and his brother William "Billy" Luckay (Jan). He is also survived by his family and friends.
