He was predeceased by: his parents, William Stout and Bernice Pearl Stout (Lipscomb); and his siblings, Robert "Jake" Stout, Chester "Jack" Stout, William "Bill" Stout, Francis Stout, Franklin "Frank" Stout, Ruth Corrigan and Jettie Osenbaugh.
He is survived by: his wife Joy Delight Stout (Lipscomb); his siblings, Stephen "Steve" Stout of Adel, Iowa., Helen Myers of Woodsfield, Norma Fulton of Marietta, SC and Susie Talkington of Mannington, WV; and his sister-in-law Billie Taylor (Charles). He is also survived by children.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Sly Family Funeral Home (15670 W High St, Middlefield, OH 44062). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
