It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary D. Baise of Middlefield, Ohio, who passed away on December 20, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Theodore Roosevelt; and his siblings, Billy Joe, James Henry, Jerry Dan, Theordore "Junior", Roy Lee, Norman "Bo", Andy Allen, Betty Sue, Gloria Jean and Joyce Ann Ferguson.
He is survived by: his wife Rosanne (Hess); his children, Timothy Baise (Tracie), Leslie Baise, Lisa Janus (Jason), Gary Baise Jr. (Amanda), Emily Baise, Greg Baise (Renee) and John Baise; and his siblings, Loretta Millard, Phyllis Wheeler (Don), Carl "Bernard" and Doug Baise. He is also survived by his 19 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
