She was predeceased by: her father Monroe Hostetler; her husband Mahlon J. Byler; her daughter Ruth Coblentz; her foster son Bruce Simmons Jr.; her grandchildren, Clay and Callie Hershberger; her siblings, Wallace Hostetler, Benjamin Hostetler and Mary Gingerich; and her siblings-in-law, Ervin Byler, Freeman Byler (Phyllis), David Byler, John Dan Miller, Barbara Farmwald (Andy) and Barbara Byler.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Mullet (William) of Ohio, David Byler (Kathy) of Florida, Daniel Byler (Jody) of Florida, Kenneth Byler (Karen) of Iowa, Sara Hershberger (Tim) of Ohio, Rosanna Martin (Kerry) of Ohio, Kevin Byler of Massachusetts, James Byler (Andrea) of Ohio and Jason Byler of Ohio; her son-in-law Randy Coblenz; her sister Clara Shetler; and her siblings-in-law, John Henry Byler (Clara), Andy Byler, Samuel Byler (Cora) and Marie Miller. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
