She is survived by: her daughters, Viola Clay of Middlefield and Tywanna Berardinelli (Domenic) of Painesville, Ohio; her siblings, Effie Louise Maynard (J. W.) of North Ridgeville, Ohio, Anthony Adkins (Sybil) of Huntington, W. V and Elmer Adkins Jr. (Agnes) of East Lynn; her brother-in-law William Burns of Logan W. Va; her grandchildren, Larry Clay, Crystal Berardinelli and Raychel Berardinelli-Koehler (Andrew); and her great grandchildren, Zachary, Christopher Clay, Athena Ray and Avery Sterling Koehler. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
