She was predeceased by: her parents, Lysle Ely and Helen Ely (Steele); her husband Ronald Fales; her daughter Hilda Fales; her grandsons, Aaron and Jason; and her brothers, Lysle Ely and Robert Ely.
She is survived by: her children, Ron Fales (Tammy), Helene Laird (Lou), Angela Moran (Robert), Cyndi Yoxall, Dee Ann Tobin (Ed), Samantha Fales and Holli Jackson (Jack); and her sister Grace Ely. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
