Johnson of Middlefield, Ohio, born in Crab Orchard, West Virginia, who passed away on January 24, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Shirley Johnson; his siblings, Robert Cook and Ruth Beck; and his sons, Donald R. Johnson Jr. and Russell E. Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Malone; his sons, Daniel Johnson (Julie) and David Johnson (Kirsten); his grandchildren, Daniel Johnson (Kati), Sarah Bennett (Anthony), Nathan Johnson, Hannah Johnson and Solomon Johnson; his great grandchildren, Brookelynn, Daniel, Hailey, Logan, Hunter, Luke, Addison and Carson; and his siblings, Steven Johnson, Shirley Johnson Jr., Shirley Gaye Thomas, Jeannie Brewer (Ray), JoEtta Manning (Tom) and Jennifer Watkins (James). He is also survived by many family members and friends.
