He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Debra Chan, Sandra Hall (Kevin), David Anderson (Jody) and Jacqueline Cichon (Frank); and his stepchildren, Kenneth Pike (Beth), Julie Kleshinski (Rick), Valerie Pike-Chaudry (J. C.) and Susan Pike. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 8 step-grandchildren; and 9 step-great-grandchildren.
