He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Hostetler and Viola Hostetler (Miller); and his wife Betty Karen. He is survived by: his children, Missy Miller (David), Ben Hostetler (Ida Mae), Ann Schrock (Lonnie), Joseph Hostetler (Erma) and Lucinda Miller (Dan). He is also survived by 29 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 4 brothers; 3 sisters; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
