He was predeceased by: his parents, Abraham Weaver and Fanny Weaver; and his former wife Laverne Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Alta; his sons, Jim Weaver (Linda), Abe Weaver (Donna) and Alan Weaver (Gary Wrzesinski); and his stepchildren, Kevin Yoder, Karen Davidson (Will) and Cherie Fabian.
