She is survived by: her husband Herbert "Ed" Holt; her daughters, Susan Mlynek (Jerry) and Shari Holt-Komar (Kevin); her grandchildren, Shelby Holt-Komar of Charlotte Holt and Clara Mlynek; her siblings, Berlene Puckett (late Jim), Carl (Karen), Norris (Brenda) and Horace Lewey (Pamela); and her siblings-in-law, Joann Holt and Ronald Holt (Marybelle).
