He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Sr. O'Donnell and Gladys O'Donnell (Nee Hulsebus); and his sister Maureen O'Donnell. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat"; his children, Daniel (Julie) and Beth Horan (Scott); his grandchildren, Ryan, Kyle, Kevin O'Donnell and Amanda Horan; his siblings, Pat Readinger (Don) and Carole Sliwa (Ted); his friends, Bill Wilson and Dr. Bob; and also Miranda Rogers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St Bartholomew, The Lantern Center for Recovery or a charity of one's choice.
