He is survived by: his spouse Beverly (Tancak); his children, Ralph (Debbie), Michael, Brad (Rachel), Celeste Kloth (late Lance) and Sharon Warner (Randy); his stepchildren, John Tancak Jr. (Bonnie), Tina Bohatka (Chuck), Nadine Grenig (Rich), James Tancak (Cindy) and Valerie Puchmajer; his grandchildren, Bradley Carey, Regina Duley, Philip Jr., Mathew Dobray and Rashelle Warner; his stepgrandchildren, Aubrey Beckwith, Nicole Outcult, Alyssa Moore, Zach Tancak, Charles Bohatka Jr., Christopher Bohatka, Jason Darwish, Anthony Darwish, Ashley Smego, James Tancak, Carey Walters, Crystal Tancak, Jeffrey Puchmajer Jr. and Jacob Puchmajer Sr.; his sibling Glenn (Sue); and his pet Joey.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tomon & Sons Funeral Home (7327 Pearl Rd, Middleburg Heights, OH 44130). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Bridget of Kildare (5620 Hauserman Rd, Parma, OH 44130).
