She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Higgins and Nora Higgins; her brother Bernard Higgins; and her friend Joan Passalaqua.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Sunset Chapel (6245 Columbia Rd, North Olmsted, OH 44070).
In lieu of family it is asked that you donate to the Animal Protective League.
