He was predeceased by: his siblings, Maria (Ioan), Petru (Veronica), Floarea (Petru), Vasile (Maria), Ioan (Maria) and Mihai (Anica).
He is survived by: his wife Eva; his children, Viorel (Marta), Rev. Dan (Emi) and Monica Dornbush (Rick); his grandchildren, Daniel Paul (Alexandra), Alexander Paul (Jennifer), Isaac Paul (Abby) and Julia Susman (Tim); his great grandchildren, Henry, Blake, Everett and Wyatt; and his brother Florian (Florica).
