We are sad to announce that on April 12, 2024, at the age of 94, Evelyn E. Bernacki of Middleburg Heights, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband John; her daughter Janet Bartel (Richard); and her siblings, Ernest and Veronica. She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Mladonicky (Thomas), Sandra Romanchik (David) and Barbara Davis; and her grandchildren, Gwenn, Rich, Amanda, Tom, Julie and Zoe.
