We are sad to announce that on August 9, 2024, at the age of 68, Elizabeth Ann Wozniak of Middleburg Heights, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion J. Wozniak and Anna E. Wozniak (Juratovac); and her brother David. She is survived by: her siblings, Frances Homza (Michael), Michael, Walter (Anita) and Richard; her nieces and nephews, Diane Homza-Dacek (Jeff), Jennifer Koces (Steve), Daniel Homza (Patti), Maryann Evers, Mark Wozniak (Katie) and Michael Wozniak II; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Julian Homza-Dacek, Joshua, Zachary Koces, Jacob King, John, Emilia Homza, Katelyn, Alexis Hague, Nolan Evers, Adelyn, Olivia and Weston Wozniak.
