With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Andrew T. Pertginides of Middlebranch, Ohio, born in Canton, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 1, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy Pertginides and Mary Pertginides; and his former wife Clara Pertginides (Tzangas). He is survived by: his wife Laura Pertginides (Presutti); his child Andrea Pertginides; his grandchild Ryan Geltmeier (Caroline); his son Andy Pertginides Jr. (Shirley); his grandchildren, Daniel Pertginides and Chelsea Brinka (Brad); his stepson John Lazarides (Christine); his stepgrandchildren, Zachery and Ariana Lazarides; his stepdaughter Linda Daviduk (Len); his stepgrandchild Macie Daviduk; his stepson George Lazarides (Andrea); his stepgrandchildren, Alana, Owen and Remington Lazarides; and his siblings, Simela Milano, Athena Elert (Tom) and Larry Pertginides. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 5th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church (4705 Fairhaven Ave NW, Canton, OH 44709). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
