He was predeceased by: his father Paul "Dusty" Rhoades. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Roth (Jeff Grayson) of Westerville and Scott Rhoades (Becky McKenzie) of Middle Point; his brothers, Tom Rhoades (Brenda) of Van Wert and Jim Rhoades (Elaine) of Van Wert; and his granddaughter Claira Rhoades of Bowling Green. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
