He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Miller and Olive Miller Lay (Stemen); and his brother Stephen Lay. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Miller (Pollock) of Middle Point; his children, Scott Miller (Ashley Ainsworth) of Van Wert and Riann Stetler (Josh) of Middle Point; his grandchildren, Zane, Neive, Cabot, Bellamy Miller and Julia Stetler; his sister Bonnie McClure (Phillip); and his siblings-in-law, Angela Lay, Jill Tarlton (Cliff), Jan Glass and Steve Pollock (Diana).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Eddy's memory may be sent to the Middle Point Fire Department.
