It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dustin Scott Stuckey of Middle Point, Ohio, born in Van Wert, Ohio, who passed away on January 14, 2022, at the age of 36, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Travis Ford of Delphos and Tina Smith (Stuckey); his cousin Outlaw Sprint Car Racing; his daughter Reynah Grace Stuckey; his stepfather Kevin Smith of Middle Point; his children, Kaylee, Xavier and Hannah Okuly of Convoy; his siblings, Zach Smith of Van Wert, Tyler Ford of Rockford and Miranda Ford of Rockford; his grandparents, Bob and Norma Stuckey of Van Wert; his great-grandparent Dorothy Stuckey of Van Wert; his nephews, Conner and Braylon Smith; and his grandmother Julia Ford of Texas.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Dustin's memory may be directed to his daughter, Reynah.
