He is survived by: his fiancée Connie Bloomfield; his children, Krystal Blue of Lima, Jason Spence of Shawnee, Zachary Spence of Delphos, Kaylynn Spence of Lima and Jordan Mahlmiester of Lima; his sisters, Lisa Kirk (Jim) of Elida, Jeri Lynn Ferguson (Chuck) of Defiance, Jennifer Gause (Trent) of Delphos and Angela Strayer of Spencerville; and his pets, Fluffy and Chico. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
