She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Theobald and Dessie Theobald (Rayle); her husband Charles Lee "Chuck" Hammons; her siblings, Norma Jane Adams and George Theobald; and her sisters-in-law, Rita Theobald and Ninevah Theobald.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis L. Hammons (Virginia) of Middle Point, Michael K. Hammons (Lori) of Van Wert and Kay E. Mohr (Blane) of Grover Hill; her grandchildren, Jarret M. Hammons (Brady), Joshua J. Hammons (Theresa), Cassandra L. Hammons, Kyle A. Hammons (Ebany), Brett M. Hammons (Allison), Raegan E. Hammons, Gavin A. Mohr and Alyssa F. Evans (Ross); her siblings, John Theobald of Spencerville, Paul Theobald of Continental, Ruth LaRue of Delphos and Naomi Theobald of Paulding; and her sister-in-law Barb Theobald of Lima.
Due to Covid-19 considerations, there will be private services at the convenience of the family.
