Rowe of Miamitown, OH and Mary E. Rowe of Cleves, OH; and his aunts and uncles, Linda Ruthemeyer of Harrison, OH, Terry Ferry of Harrison, OH and Jim Rowe of Florida. He is also survived by 5 nieces and nephews, 5 great nieces and nephews and 1 great-great niece.
