She was predeceased by: her husband John R. Samuelson; and her parents, Paul C. Belter and Florine E. Belter. She is survived by: her children, James Hambrick (Christy), Christine Elsen (Steve) and Michael Hambrick (Karen); and her grandchildren, Randy Hambrick (Debra), Jason Hambrick (Gretchen), Brandon Hambrick, Briana Turner (Heath), Troy Elsen (Amanda), Amber Gilstrap (Brandon), Adam Hambrick, Jon Hambrick and Tommy Hambrick.
