He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Ratliff and Bernice Ratliff; and his brothers, Terry Ratliff and Greg Ratliff. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Jay Ratliff (Sherry) and Sandy Ratliff (Angie Warren); and his siblings, Della Grooms, Laura Sizemore, Alvin Ratliff and Cheryl Keaton (Wayne). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
