She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Blevins and Maxine Blevins (Phipps); her stepfather Jack Colley; and her brother-in-law Tim Calvert. She is survived by: her husband Donn Pettit; her daughter Jennifer Karnehm (Chris) of Troy; her grandchildren, Kendall Brown (Christian) and Ellie Karnehm; her great grandchild Phoenix Kellogg; her brother Dennis Blevins (Judy) of Wake Forest, NC; her sisters-in-law, Diane Calvert of Vandalia, Darcy Mazuk (Mike) of Liberty Township and Debbie Schmitz (Ken) of West Chester; and her close friends, Judie and Dick Inwood. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
