He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin White and Thelma White; and his brother Tim White. He is survived by: his wife Jessica White; his children, Becky (Greg Spencer), Tonya White-Regan (Bruce Regan), Tammi (Scott Johnson), Dana White, Doug (Rachele Perrin) and Melissa Kennedy; and his sister Judy Thompson. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 9 great- grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
