He is survived by: his wife Sandra Quillen; his sister Roberta; his siblings-in-law, Charles Miller of Centerville, Nancy, Dave Parkhurst of Marblehead, Connie and John Clements of Oxford; and his nieces and nephews, Michael, Shannan Ferguson of Miamisburg, Shawn Miller of Dayton, Melissa Parkhurst of Melbourne, FL, Bradley, Reggie Parkhurst of Miamisburg, Matthew, Kelly Parkhurst of Cincinnati, Andrea, Doug Holland of Independence, KY and Sarah Clements of Ludlow, KY. He is also survived by great nephews nieces.
