She is survived by: her daughter Lesia Carroll (Gregg) of Centerville, OH; her sisters, Pamela Forrest of Winchester, KY, Delia Jones (Mike) of Hustonville, KY and Lynne Martin (Richard Shepherd) of Franklin, OH; her nieces and nephews, Dorothy Hobbs Combs, Jackie Mcquitty, Debbie Ecklar (Stephen), Holly Desiere (Phillip), Barrett Brandenburg, David Whitmore (Chasity), Keith Lamb (Christina), Gary Domigan (Mary), Daniel Forrest (Brenda), Justin Ward (Brittney) and Joshua Ward (Jacobie); and her friends, Aunie Riegle, Shirley Smith and June Kemper (Randy). She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews; special cousins.
