She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Watkins and Amos King; her husband Walter Hatton; and her sons, Walter, Jr., Terry and Franklin Hatton Rushie (Dee).
She is survived by: her sons, Charlie King Thomas (Brenda), Samuel Hatton and Jerry Hatton (Margaret); and her sisters, Carol Martin and Ruth Martin. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
