With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronnie Earl Carter of Miamisburg, Ohio, who passed away on June 5, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Carter and Lillie Carter (Leggett); and his siblings, Ruth Gault and Rodney Carter. He is survived by: his wife Janice Carter; his children, Ron Carter (Kimberly), Joseph Carter (Rebecca) and Michelle Anderson (Rod); and his grandchildren, Rachel Palmer (Brian), Jay Carter, Nicole Pittman, Brittany Byrum, Brandon Anderson, Benjamin Anderson and Brian Anderson (Kelsey). He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
