She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Bartimay, and Helen Bartimay, Sr. (Taylor); her husband Donald Lee Shaffer; and her brother Lester Ray Bartimay, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Erica Dawn Shaffer and Donald Bradley Shaffer (Kelli); her sister-in-law Mary Lou Bartimay; and her niece Sharon Bartimay Grosz (Will).
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Miamisburg Assembly of God (501 N 9th St, Miamisburg, OH 45342). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Norma to Miamisburg Assembly of God.
