It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Ann Lay (Miamisburg, Ohio), born in Zachariah, Kentucky, who passed away on August 17, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Cable and Dora Cable (Stamper); and her husband James Clifford Lay. She is survived by: her children, Pam Winsett, Don Lay (Vanessa), Greg Lay (Teresa), Paula Land (Jesse), Neal Lay (Betsy), Lisa Herold (Darwin) and Carrie Cornett (John); her grandchildren, Tira, Aliesha, Joshua, Dawn, Jamie, Jennifer, Jessica, Jaclyn, Jacob, Jarrod, Robie, Tommy, Casey, Scotty, Luke, Katie, Brooke, Brittany and Alison; and her sister Wilma Powell. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
